Shipping and Returns

Delivery Time

Our shipments are international, and shipping costs for your purchases vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. During checkout, you can enter your ZIP code to see the available shipping options for your region.

Currently, our shipping categories are (depending on your region):

  • Tracked Shipping

  • Express Shipping

The delivery time is provided in business days according to your ZIP code and starts counting after the order has been shipped.

Before being dispatched, each of our products goes through strict quality control to ensure you receive your item in perfect condition. Our shipments are international and may be subject to customs clearance fees. Unfortunately, we have no control or forecast over these fees, and if they occur, they will be your responsibility.

Track Your Shipment

You can track your product from the moment it is shipped until it arrives at your home.

Within 2–5 days after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking code, which can be tracked directly on our website.

Free Exchanges and Reshipments

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us by email, providing your order number along with a photo or video showing the defect.

Your order will be reshipped at no additional cost if it meets one of the following criteria:

  • Defective Item – product damaged/broken upon arrival.

  • Wrong Item – product, color, style, etc.

    Returns

    You can request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

    To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition you received it (in its original packaging) and, for hygiene reasons, it must not have been used.

    To return your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

    Never send your purchase back to the sender without contacting us first.

    To request a return, simply contact us by email (lunora@gmail.com) within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.

    Once you receive the return label, you will have up to 5 calendar days to take your package to any shipping carrier to complete the return. If this deadline is missed, no further return requests will be accepted.
